MY STORY

 In 2001, I started college at The University of North Texas.  I read the book Rich Dad, Poor Dad and quickly decided I did not want to work a normal 8-5 job. I wanted financial freedom.  So, I got my Bachelors Degree in Real Estate and graduated in 2005.  

Of Course, I didn't go right into Real Estate I was a part of a company that manufactured a product that was super popular and I was involved in creating the systems, processes, building relationships etc.  It was super successful.   I then joined a company that needed a Executive Assistant in Real Estate.

Here, I focused on Short Sales, managed fix and flips, property management, evictions, leases, wholesaling. I did that for 12 years. Yes, it was during the 2008 mortgage crisis.

Then, in 2018 I joined a small company with a lady that was also super passionate about Short Sales. I had never met anyone that knew as much about short sales as me.  We joined forces and created a Nationwide Short Sale Company that is very successful.

Then, one night God laid it on my heart to start my own company and I took action the next day.

I decided to go out on my own and help coach newbies about short sales and pre-foreclosures.

Most importantly, I'm a wife and a mom to 2 boys and 1 step daughter.  I am blessed. 

WHY DO I TEACH?

Because I'm an open book and always have been.  Why would I gate keep information that could help others, help homeowners during the worst time of their lives?  What goes around always comes back around.
